TEMPLE, Texas — Temple Economic Development Corporation (Temple EDC) and Lane Enterprises, INC (Lane) today announced the $16.3 million capital investment for a new manufacturing facility. The Temple facility will produce High Density Polyethylene Pipe (HDPE) and corrugated metal pipe (CMP). Lane will build on a rail served 21-acre site in the Temple Industrial Park and will create 21 new jobs with a $1.2M average annual payroll.

The Temple Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors approved a real estate agreement at their September 2017 board meeting.

As a full-line manufacturer of corrugated metal and plastic drainage products, Lane Enterprises, Inc. operates several plants in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern States producing several types of buried structures for storm water management, water quality, small bridge application and the construction industry.
